My every-changing menu is just a sampling of some of my clients’ favorite dishes and my penchant for mingling global flavors with local ingredients. I believe food should be fresh, flavorful, and simple. I also believe that we eat with our eyes almost as much as our taste buds, so presentation is very important to me.
