Almost 8 years ago I created MProve to provide healthy meals and lifestyles for people who don't know or don't have time for it. It took of better than I could have imagined. Unfortunately, the demand for services coupled with the arrivals of my son and daughter in 15 months time forced me to put MProve on the shelf. During my hiatus, people consistently were asking me when I was going to start back up again. Now the kids are older, more independent, and by popular demand, I would like to dust off MProve and start cooking my meals again! I will be creating a new menu this week and taking orders.
