We have officially closed on the restaurant property and the new owners have the keys! It was bittersweet to lock the doors for the last time but we are excited to see what the next adventure at 120 Partin Dr will be!

We would like to thank Joe Fagundes with Berkshire Hathaway for his expertise in commercial sales and dedication to making this all happen in a swift and efficient manner! Thank you to John Sallman with Salt and Light Realty for bringing the buyer and Bradley Title for handling our closing!

Thank you to all of YOU for a wonderful 14 years together! We’ll see you at Rocky Bayou Country Club!

We are writing to you with a heavy heart to announce that The Heritage Room at One20 has closed its doors for the final time. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support over the years. Thank you for being part of our journey. We are forever grateful for the friendships and memories we have made together.
