I know to most of us, dandelions are looked at as a w**d, covering our manicured lawns from corner to corner, in the most undesirable places. But today, I wanted to paint them in a different light… paired with colorful pansies and forget-me-nots, they’re delicate, texturally interesting and full of wishes❤️ I had a teacher once tell me that a w**d is only a w**d depending on where it’s growing❤️ This mindset made me forever reconsider the undesirable plant

It was all about the green for this wedding. 🌿The historic and stunning Canfield Casino in Saratoga Springs had an absolutely breathtaking ceiling to work under. Just breathtaking. I’d often look up and just gaze at the awesomeness overhead. The ceremony space was just as amazing with floor to ceiling windows of natural light spilling in, while an equal in size painting of Napoleon on a horse towered over the room...making it known that his attendance was not optional. Long, velvety green linens and bird printed napkins dressed the tables, while a runner of lime green florals completed the look. It’s not often that I get a request for such a dramatic color to take center stage… in the words of Kermit the Frog “it’s not easy being green” but this palette of green should have him completely reconsider!
