🗣Come out with friends, a date or solo to enjoy our Puff & Paint event. Hosted & Directed by Brandan Lee & Blak.Lenica 🎨

There will be Painting, Music, Snacks, Drinks, Raffles and of course some good Mary Jane available for this event. Feel free to bring your own W**d & Bottle. This event begins at 5pm so make sure to be there on time. The Host will begin directing the paintings at approximately 5:15pm. Everyone will be provided with their own painting material, this is all for fun but we will choose the best painting at the end of the session for a prize…see you there‼️

The Pool Party is in the country of South Bend, Indiana. We will email EVERYONE who purchased tickets the parking location by Noon of July 23rd Saturday. This where a party bus with security will be transporting everyone back and forth to the private pool house.

🗣 LOOKING for a space to rent for private parties, baby showers, events & classes BOOK with GRAD STUDIOS‼️

Here’s our prices & details….

-Sun-
(2 hours) @ $125.00 + $100.00 deposit

-Mon-Thurs.
(2 hours) @ $100.00 + $100.00 deposit

-Fri-Sat.
(2 hours) @ $150.00 + $100.00 deposit

-Sun-
(5 hours) @ $250.00 + $100.00 deposit

-Mon-Thurs.
(5 hours) @ $200.00 + $100.00 deposit

-Fri-Sat.
(5 hours) @ $300.00 + $100.00 deposit

(Anything after Midnight is an extra $100 per hour)

ALL appointment types will need to put down a separate $100 refundable deposit to book and cover any damages that may occur. You will receive the deposit money back within 24hrs as long as there are NOT any damages caused within the venue. The separate rental fee can be paid once Lessee arrives at venue. If Lessee does not show, deposit will be lost. If lessee give at least a 8hr notice we will allow them to reschedule!

The Maximum capacity in our venue is an occupancy of 75. The 2hr rental option does not include chairs or tables, but are available upon request with an extra $50 rental fee. The 5hr rental options comes with tables & chairs.
