Affinity Riverside Estate is a beautifully unique full-service venue perched on a wooded hillside over-looking the James River below making Affinity the perfect location for weddings, receptions, company parties, birthday parties, ANY EVENT.

At Affinity, we believe in good food, good friends, good music, good drinks, a superior service with a fantastic atmosphere...all at a price you can afford. This is our goal for every event! AND...When it comes to our atmosphere, we think outside the box! Join the "anti-square room movement". Guests will enjoy both our in-door and out-door spaces, different bar spaces, out door dance floor or maybe even our casual setting deck or the fire pit area! This is all in one venue! So, If you want your guests in one square room all night, you have plenty of choices...but if you want your guests to experience a more unique event, Affinity is the only place for you!

Schedule Your Tour! We schedule tours of Affinity Estate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 AM - 8 PM.
