Catering Confession:
There was a time in my Catering Career where I worked for 36hours straight and thought it would be my last job.
At the end of that event, I was tipped $500 with a card of beautiful and kind words telling me of my talents.
I was shocked and elated. It felt like such a miracle to me.
I created a full spread catering with mimosas vegetarian and meat friendly, including fresh pastries, biscuits, salmon plank platter and a tiered baby shower cake. 🥰❤️
It's that Tip from such a wonderful client,
that is Why I AM still Catering and
moving toward my visions.
I'm am so incredibly grateful and will never forget this pivotal point in my life and career.
