It’s been quite a year with sending Kennedy to college, rupturing my Achilles in a casual pickleball game, and more. So many highs and lows like every year.

In reflecting on this time of year, I am filled with gratitude and thankfulness for the people in my life. Hoping you all have had a GREAT Thanksgiving and have had some time to disconnect and relax.

Grateful for Sam and Amy when they asked me to capture photos of their sweet daughter. I love this family so much and have been honored to photograph senior sessions, weddings (and more) and become friends over the last 10+ years with both of their extended families.

So happy for Amelia to be born into a family where she will be loved and cared for by so many incredible people. Sometimes beinf a photographer is one of the coolest jobs in the world. Again, thank you for asking me to capture these photos. I love you all and I’m so excited for you to be parents. Enjoy every day because she will grow up incredibly fast.

The 2024 XC season is officially over. Enjoyed watching these Taylor athletes compete at Nationals! So happy Kennedy found her perfect university, team, and coaches. God definitely guided her path to Taylor University.

Also, congrats to Jaynie on winning the individual NAIA Championship and to the ladies for taking 2nd place. Y’all ran really well, set tons of PR’s and records, and competed with joy, purpose, had fun, and ran for the Lord.
