Quick life update… I recently ruptured my Achilles playing pickleball (apparently this is a dangerous sport lol).

For photography, I won’t be able to start shooting senior sessions until early to mid August. Please reach out if you have any questions.

Thank you to for helping me out with everything. She is the BEST. I’m basically helpless and can’t put any weight on my foot for at least a couple of weeks. It will be a long recovery.

To be transparent, I have been feeling really discouraged since this happened. It’s been tough.

However, I had a GREAT time this morning in prayer and reading The Word and I’m encouraged that God has a lot to teach me through this recovery process. I’m feeling more encouraged today. God is GOOD. I know that I could be in a much worse situation🙏🏼

The verse God used to speak to me is from Psalms 109: “Help me, O Lord my God! Save me because of your unfailing love. Let them see that this is your doing, that you yourself have done it, Lord.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭109‬:‭26‬-‭27‬ ‭

So proud of watching my girls and their teammates compete at a high level in Track and XC over these past several years. Highs and lows, good and bad days, and witnessing the best sportsmanship imaginable between competitors.

Sectional 11 in Indiana is possibly the most competitive sectional in the state. This past week there were several record breaking and competitive times and performances from athletes across all events. Good luck to everyone at Regionals!
