Microwave mug cakes are the perfect treats to make when you crave something sweet and you don't have time to make a full sized cake or you just want to make a small portion of cake. I made a vanilla mug cake today but you can totally customize it to your preference.
If you're using a smaller mug, you can use half of the ingredients listed in the video.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup AP flour + 2 Tbsp
1/2 Tsp Baking powder
3.5 Tbsp Sugar
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk
3 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (I almost forgot to add it 😳)
1 scoop chocolate ice cream (you can use any ice cream flavor you like or serve it plain).

Note: check the cake at 1 minute (60 seconds) if you use a high powered microwave. My microwave is 700W so I let it go for the full 1minute, 30 seconds (90 seconds).

Quick and easy homemade mayonnaise. It comes together in under 10minutes and it uses ingredients you probably have at home. You can choose to flavor it with mustard, fresh herbs or anything you think would taste nice in mayonnaise. Would you try this?
