Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Market Associate to represent Carte Brunch at farmers markets and vendor pop-up events. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a passion for food, and can create an inviting shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers, share product knowledge, provide samples, and process sales transactions.
• Market Setup & Breakdown: Transport, set up, and take down market displays, tents, tables, and merchandise.
• Product Management: Track inventory, restock products, and maintain a clean, organized display.
• Brand Representation: Communicate Carte Brunch’s story and values, building positive relationships with customers and fellow vendors.
• Administrative Duties: Record sales, collect customer feedback, and report event insights to management.

Qualifications:
• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation for travel to market locations.
• Experience in retail, food service, or events is a plus.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems (or willingness to learn).

Schedule & Compensation:
• Flexible, primarily weekends and occasional weekday events.
• Competitive hourly pay + sales-based incentives.
