This intimate storefront performance space opened in March 2007 and has become popular with a variety of local performing artists. 1. MONDAY NIGHT OPEN MIC - Every Monday night between 7:00-11:00 PM - Our open mic is open to all genres and is a great space for artists to hone their performance skills and material. It is inviting for newbies and accomplished and artists both as our staff is there to provide feedback for the new artists, and, for the experienced trying out new pieces. If artists are interested, they can come back on Thursday and do more work with out performance coach at Performers Playground.
2. This skills enhancement program is for all performers using time tested techniques. Storytellers, comedians, poets, spoken word artists and even singers and musicians come in to hone their stage presence and delivery skills. Every Tuesday night from 9 pm to 12pm. Fee is $5
