Mayne!!! This Cranberry BBQ Sauce is banging!! Boneless Skinless Turkey Breast injected with my blend of creole seasonings, liquid butter, and a smidgen of chicken broth. Finally rubbed down with my SPG+ and . Gonna be some happy folks tomorrow ☺️.

Late post: This weekend we competed at Bulls & BBQ. We felt good about everything we turned even though I was behind my preferred start time, God bless and everything got done in time. Here my results:

2nd Place Chicken
14th Place Ribs
10th Place Pork
13th Place Brisket

Overall we finished 12th out 16 Master BBQ teams Congrats to Wolf's Revenge BBQ on their GC and Optimus Swine757 on their RGC and a special shout out to Buckshot BBQ and everyone else who heard their names called. God is
great and he's greatly to be praised!

Joanne Kirby and I traveled to Colonial Beach, VA 2 weeks ago for the Fredricksburg Fallen Hero’s BBQ battle . First shout out to Leisa Billington and Jimmy Werling for being such great host and organizers. They made it a very welcoming atmosphere. This was an unsanctioned event and it was nice to chat BBQ with guys and gals from various backgrounds in barbecue. Turning in all proteins at the same time was different for me and I wasn't sure if I should stick with KCBS programming for tenderness or go with extra tender (overs beat under right, lol). Well, the Lord showed us favor and we place 1st in both Ribs and Pork. Congrats to all the teams that received a call that day. This was a fun event and the Lord willing we'll make a another trip up next year. ,
