Making a dinner run to Ada this weekend, so hit us up if you’re hungry! May be able to deliver depending on how many more orders we get, if not we will be able to meet somewhere in town for drop off! First gig in the books! Big shoutout to the Hayes family for inviting us to serve up some hot and fresh BBQ for their family dinner! These are some of my closest friends and it was a true honor having them for my first official customers.

We threw down some ribs, pork belly burnt ends, and whole chickens for this cook, and all turned out 10/10 for this great family!

Newest item on the menu… Brisket tortellini alfredo, and it was a hit!

Enjoyed the amazing flavors of the garlic bread, 5 cheese tortellini, garlic basil alfredo, and the brisket chunks all mixed together into one perfect bite. This is food heaven for me🙌😍 (also a little smoked golden beef tallow for my next big cook at the end🤤)

Had the pleasure of preparing a nice smokey spread for my parents & friends yesterday evening!

Brisket and butt went on @ midnight, ribs went on after sunrise. Everything finished in time, with enough time to rest everything for 2+ hours.
