Roberson is listed at 6-2, 225 pounds and visited Oklahoma on Tuesday.

He played in all 12 games in 2024 and recorded 58 tackles, along with 8.5 tackles for loss and 3 sacks.

Roberson will have one year of eligibility remaining.

9 years ago today: Buddy Hield scored 46 points at Kansas.In one of the greatest performances by a visiting player at Allen Fieldhouse, Buddy hit eight 3’s and finished 13-23 from the field. His 46 points tied Wayman Tisdale for the sixth-highest scoring game in school history.

Bob Stoops isn’t losing faith in Brent Venables. He laid out the reasons things can be much better in 2025 for the Sooners. “I think we have the pieces in place with Ben Arbuckle being, with John Mateer the experience he has at quarterback.”

23 years ago today: PERFECTION! OU used a dominating defensive performance to beat Florida State 13-2 in the Orange Bowl and claim national title No. 7. OU finished 13-0 with wins over the No. 11, No. 2, No. 1, No. 23, No. 8 and No. 2 teams en route to the championship.

11 years ago today: Bob Stoops became the first coach to win all four BCS bowls and a national championship.The feat was clinched with a 45-31 win over No. 3 Alabama in the Sugar Bowl. 2000 - Orange and national title. 2002 - Rose 2010 - Fiesta 2013 - Sugar

Happy New Year!!! Jan. 1st is arguably the most successful date in OU history. • OU is 16-8 all-time in NYD bowl games, including a 10-4 mark in the Orange Bowl. • 1975 and 1985 national championships were clinched on Jan. 1st. • Gator, Sugar, Cotton, Rose & Fiesta have also been won on NYD.
