What’s up, all? How’s the cooking going?

Some recent cooks below:
-Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with jalapeños and whipped Philadelphia cream cheese and glazed with Kosmo's Q jalapeño peach glaze

-Some practice run ribs. Great color but still not where thatt comp tenderness needs

-Corned beef from ALDI USA turned in to pastrami with the help of a ’s secret stash rub!

A limited number of hams (9lb avg) will be available for $60 each with a $20 deposit paid by 4/6. They will be available on 4/19 for pickup or local delivery on Saturday only.

No deliveries or pickups will be available on Sunday.

Ribeye steaks cooked up on the Pit Barrel Cooker Co. using B&B Charcoal and mesquite were amazing! It took a 2 hour soak in some Bear & Burton's and seasoned up with Butcher BBQ grilling addiction. That barrel is a dang amazing cooker! Edge to edge med rare courtesy of MEATER keeping an eye out for me!

People can say what they want about pellet grills but it sure is nice knowing that when I wake up, there will be a hot, juicy, fresh pork butt waiting on me in the morning. The folks at my wife’s school are eating well tomorrow! Traeger Grills Heath Riles BBQ Kosmo's Q Competition BBQ Products Kroger all bringing the goodness together!

As an aside, I have a limited amount of space to prepare some turkeys and hams for your holiday meal. Pricing will be in the comments.
