What’s up, all? How’s the cooking going?
Some recent cooks below:
-Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin stuffed with jalapeños and whipped Philadelphia cream cheese and glazed with Kosmo's Q jalapeño peach glaze
-Some practice run ribs. Great color but still not where thatt comp tenderness needs
-Corned beef from ALDI USA turned in to pastrami with the help of a ’s secret stash rub!
