Congratulations to Laurie and Paul who tied the knot at Elwood Park Zoo! They opted for a unique Halloween wedding complete with pumpkins, black and purple accents, and of course, plenty of animal guests! Catrina Carlson Photography captured the beautiful couples wedding, featuring Luna the jaguar, Sally the cockatoo, Slash the red panda, and Stella the great horned owl. It’s !💍 A huge congratulations to Shawn and Nikki for getting engaged! Shawn had reached out to us at Elmwood Park Zoo about proposing to his girlfriend Nikki with Slash, our red panda, but he wanted to make sure it was a secret. So our team and Slash worked together to come up with the perfect plan. On the day of, all of the pieces fell perfectly in line and Nikki was overjoyed and surprised when Shawn popped the question with a little help from our red panda! 💕 Thank you to Shawn and Nikki for letting us be a part of your engagement story!
