The Transportation Customer Service Representative serves as one of the primary business contacts for the customer and is responsible for overall customer satisfaction. The Transportation Customer Service Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. Providing quality customer service by phone & email, organizing, inputting, and updating relevant data, including the creation of booking loads. File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as needed. Bilingual is a plus. Must have reliable & dependable transportation. Handles stressful situations, deadlines, and pressures well.
