Gracious THANK YOU to the City of North Bend - Oregon and Mayor Jessica Engelke.
It was a Hard Decision but we have to put it up for the winter. We will reopen in spring look for our post for location.
Wanted to give a big thank you to Ej Lehna and NoBe Taphouse and Food Cart Pod for welcoming and hosting these foodie transplants and waiting for us to open. You are too kind and wish you nothing but the best!

Have been taking on a lot of water the past week ruined the flooring last Thursday, grill rusted, water in the fryer etc etc. Had the roof sealed in Sept but must have missed a spot.
My temp fix I tilted the trailer to get roof to drain off and have been managing a bucket drip system past weekend but with a bomb cyclone and atmospheric river cresting the coast. I got to save my investment. Pulled the Beast into my shop last night to dry out and find the leaks and redo the roof waterproofing and maybe the floor. Replace blown water tanks and also a deep clean.
Gina, Ziggy and I bought a tiny 2 acre ranch in Charleston moved here in late June. We formed a corporation and opened a branded food trailer Bigfoot Beastro in 35 days.
Opened at
Aug 3rd for Truck Off event thank you Amy, which we placed 3rd in Sandwich and made the NBC news broadcast with Gold Meadows Literally have been running and gunning it since the first day.
Still packed in boxes stuff spread out in 3 buildings. Now the
House is almost done and ready to move in, unpack and enjoy the Holidays and be a HOME.
(Need to install wall furnishings this week).
In 5 months, we have been busy
New Floor, New Paint, New Septic System, New Water Filtration, New Rock Driveway, New Trench and Power to 2nd Well, New Stove, New Couch. New Propane Line, 4 cords Firewood split n stacked for Sheds. Going to tackle a carport and mudroom addition now.
