With our pledge to make our events as sustainable as possible, we like to get creative and find ways to make one-bites that use no waste (i.e. toothpicks, paper plates, plastic utensils) without sacrificing flavor.

Take this beef roll! We use flank seared rare and sliced thin to wrap around julienned vegetables for a portable, no-waste appetizer.
