There is no special knowledge, previous experience, or requirements to be a participant in a dream sharing circle.
The method I will be sharing is quite simple and easy for anyone to learn and follow.
All you need is your passion, imagination, curiosity and openness.
The choice of the dream you wish to share with the group is totally up to YOU.
It can be a recent dream or dream fragment, or maybe you want to share a dream that you had when you were a child! Any dream that still has some juice for you will do. If no dreams are popping up, maybe you want to share a story! Perhaps a favorite memory, or a story that is fresh with you.
During our time together we will be learning The JETSET Formula originated by my dream teacher, Kelly Sullivan Walden it is a fun, fast, and effective way to share dreams. We will also be focusing on the concept of SYNCHRONICITY and how we can learn to interpret it, as well as learning some fun techniques and games to invite it’s magic into our everyday waking lives!
Even if you are not currently remembering your dreams,
knowing that gathering with a group of dreamers will help you once again tap in and remember the magic of your dreams.

Here is a little taste of what we experienced together over the weekend. I had the pleasure of retreating at Lake Osceola Retreat with some of my fellow teachers from The Yoga Branch and The Yoga Branch at Forest Lake it was so lovely to slow down, connect, and share space with these lovely ladies.
It was an honor being able to share my Yoga Nidra + Sound and help set everyone up for a lovely night of dreaming. Upon waking we all connected with my version of Dreaming Around The Breakfast Table.
So grateful for my Yoga Branch Community.
