Dreaming With The New Year

Dreams around the new year offer us a glimpse into the year ahead and what is available for us.

You can take advantage of this potent time by set an intention before bed, or asking for guidance. It can be as simple as asking your dream makers, "Show me a glimpse of the new year ahead?"

Remember to have your dream journal near by to catch your findings!

Happy Winter Solstice!

Thank you to those who attended this morning's Yoga Nidra and Sound! It was such a peaceful and calming morning together. It was such a an honor to take the time to slow down and rest with you all this morning. I hope you can take this calm joyfulness into your holiday season!

I will be at Crescent Moon Metaphysical on Saturday January 25th from 3-4pm to share my Crystal Harp sound healing. It will be a free event but space is limited so if you would like to attend please make sure that you reach out to me so that I can save you a spot!

After finishing reading Serviceberry by Robin Wall Kimmerer and hearing her talk about the idea of gift. I feel like I am beginning to more deeply understand why I feel so compelled to share the loveliness that is my crystal harp.

The story behind how my crystal harp came into my life is, that it was a gift from The Universe.

I had stumbled across a video of someone playing this magical instrument next to the ocean. 🌊 I was captivated! I had never heard or seen anything like this before! And the sounds it made and how it made me feel, I couldn't explain it, but I wanted more! I started listening to crystal harp music every night as I slept. I made it part of my nightly routine.

After months I decided to dive into seeking one out and then saw how much one of these instruments actually costs, and what it costs to ship! 🫣
I realized that it was out of my current obtainment, but I remained open to pursuing my own. Remaining optimistic about the timing. I also decided to order a similar, less expensive instrument. Something I could have in my hands and begin playing with now. I placed my order.

A week later my package finally arrived! It came in an enormous box. I brought it into the studio for the unboxing. I opened up the box, pulled out the carrying case and opened it up to be presented with a crystal harp! 🥹

I must've stood there with my mouth wide open. How could this be?! This wasn't even close to what I ordered. I couldn't believe I was actually holding a crystal quartz harp in my hands!

I reached out to the seller and they said they sent out the correct order, it was mine. I was elated, this was my very own crystal harp miracle!

I accepted my gift from The Universe and I expressed my immense gratitude. I also knew that because I received this gift I could not just keep it for myself. I had to share this gift, to continue the energy of the gift forward. To share the instrument capable of such beautiful and healing sounds.

This doesn't mean I wasn't horrified by the thought of playing an instrument in front of other people, but deep down I had a knowing. That this is what I must do to fully accept and honor this gift.

To fully accept and receive a gift we must show our gratitude as well as reciprocity. When we take responsibility for the gift and pass the energy of the gift forward the energy of the gift creates a ripple effect. Building relationships, deepening bonds, and community.
