Please make sure to visit our website Q&A page prior to and when booking. We unfortunately do not do set ups if rain is in the forecast or if it is raining. All clients that were booked for today and tomorrow have been contacted and issued a full refund regarding the bad weather. Our soft play equipment cannot get wet as it will damage the equipment and/or mold. Payments made via our website take 3-5 business days to post back to your account. If you paid via Venmo/Apple Pay payment refunds have already been sent out ❤️
