You can find the menu tab on our home page. Click on the picture for the description and prices. For large, catered events such as weddings, we require half the cost, upfront to reserve that date. This money is refundable up to one week before the date. Once we purchase the food (one week before the date), that money becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. t BEFORE we set up. We offer lunch delivery on Thursdays and Fridays, from 11am to 2 pm in the North Charleston area. There is a $5 delivery fee for deliveries outside of our 5-mile radius. We have a seasonal menu that you can find under our menu tab on the home screen. Click on the picture for the price and description. We are a catering company, not a restaurant. We don't keep anything on hand so, we don't take orders on Thurs or Fri. We ask that you place your orders anytime Mon-Wed. All of our cooking is done outdoors over a live fire using cast iron and our barbecue is smoked overnight in our cinder block pits. It is very labor-intensive.
