It's that time of year when we start to fill in the rest of our calendar with day-of management, month of coordination, and partial planning partnerships! This season, we are offering 10-20% discounts for our remaining weekends. Why? The off-season allows us time to connect more with our friends in and outside of the industry, and 1 thing that we are hearing from everyone is that times feel a little tight right now. It's a little more heavy. Bookings are low, bills are high, and couples that are planning are trying to cut where they can. I feel very strongly that every couple should have someone in their corner for the day of their event (at the least). No one should have to sacrifice having that peace of mind. Having that person who will handle it all for you and offer you a seamless, fun, and memorable day should be available to everyone.

I woke up this morning thinking about some of our past weddings while I drank my coffee in the quietness of my house before the day started. Yet again, I couldn't help but think of how we have always been so lucky to have some of the kindest couples. Smart, creative, selfless, fun. We are blessed each and every time.

I have been chosen over and over again through the past 10 years to make wedding dreams come true, and each time, it is me that feels immensely grateful.

"Over the River and Through the Woods"

Guests arrived from all over the country to get to the White of NH to join Aslyn & Leo for their weekend celebrations at Aslyn's family home. Once they were here, they got to travel by train, cross a walking bridge over the river, and through the woods to the most unique and magical location any nature loving couple could ever dream of.

This was a labor of love by all involved. From the vendor team that carried everything across to the river stones hand selected for each name card to the hand crafted pottery favors and centerpieces made by A's Mom.

My team prides themselves on saying yes to the seemingly impossible and building the teams to help make it all happen. This wedding certainly was one for the books.

"I could write an entire book about how amazing the Willow Tree Event Team is. We hired Meg and the Willow Tree Event team for our October 2023, and they made my Husband and I's wedding dreams come true. Our families and I are still in shock because our Wedding Weekend went perfectly - there was not one negative thought in my head driving away from the Preserve at Chocorua Sunday morning. The one thought that kept popping up in my head was - I can't believe that just happened - WE LOVE MEG & WILLOW TREE EVENTS!​​​​​​​​

From the first phone call with Meg, I felt like a gained a friend. She is so kind and personable - you can tell she truly cares for every couple she works with. Meg guided us every step of the way - she recommended vendors who were amazing! We quickly realized any one Meg recommended was GOLD. Our wedding weekend was not a simple event - three days, 60 people staying on property, multiple breakfasts and lunches, food/vendor deliveries, Friday welcome party with 150 guests, and Saturday Wedding celebration with 180. December is technically "off season" for wedding planners. It's the least busy time of year for me (professionally-- personal life craziness always seems to more than make up for the slower wedding season! Especially when I carry my Mrs. Clause role 🤶)​​​​​​​​
