How to we achieve that?
Curate a dopamine menu!
Make a list of the things you enjoy - it should be small, actionable things that make you feel good.
Now add as many of them to your day, week or month as you can.
It’s similar to the term romanticize your life.
The goal is the essentially the same - finding ways to achieve fulfillment and joy in the day to day. Instead of always looking forward to the next big thing, find small ways you can improve your everyday.
What are a few things you can do that actually make you want to get out of bed in the morning?
How can you make grocery shopping more enjoyable?
Schedule time to get out in nature and walk or go for a hike.
Create a nightly skincare routine that leaves you glowing and bright eyed in the morning.
Small, simple adjustments make a huge impact on the way you look at life & the best part is, it changes your mindset to appreciate smaller things. A little stop and smell the roses kind of moment if you will 🙃
