It’s our BIRTHDAY! 🎉

These past 3️⃣ years have been a wild ride! We couldn’t have done it without the incredible support of our family and friends. 🫶

We are so grateful to the amazing couples and their families who have invited us to be part of their big celebrations. 💖

We’ve experienced more growth than we could have ever imagined. With that in mind, we are incredibly grateful to the couples who have reached out to book with us—we’ve added them to our waitlist.

After lots of considerarion, we’ve made the difficult decision to coordinate just one wedding per weekend next year. While we hate saying no to amazing couples, we know we’re at our best when our team is together. For 2025, we’ll be booking one wedding per weekend to focus on giving our couples the extra spark that will make their dream wedding unforgettable for them and their guests. We believe in the magic of the details and the little extra joy that is best done with our team together.

We’ll reopen our books in January for any remaining availability in 2025.

Embarking on the journey to Harpswell, Maine for Maddie and Eric's wedding was a rare treat for our 2023 wedding season. We don’t do many Maine weddings but when we do, they are nothing short of incredible!

Our hearts were captivated by the stunning venue that set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. The outdoor ceremony seamlessly flowed into a dreamy cocktail hour under a magnificent wedding tent. The barn, transformed into a cozy haven, hosted a reception filled with laughter, love, and happy moments.

The menu was a culinary delight, featuring a mouthwatering seafood paella that left everyone raving. And who could forget the sweet ending – whoopie pies that added the perfect touch of Maine charm to dessert!

However, beyond the picturesque setting and delectable dishes, it was the warmth and joy radiating from Maddie, Eric, their family, and the incredible wedding party that truly made this day exceptional.

A heartfelt congratulations to the newlyweds, Maddie and Eric! Your love story unfolded in the most magical way, and we feel privileged to have been part of it. Here's to a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless joy. 🌲💕✨

One of the best tasks as your wedding coordinator is helping you repurpose your ceremony decor!

While you are taking formal portraits and guests are enjoying cocktail hour, we will move any decor from the ceremony to your reception space. For this beautiful wedding we moved the floral arrangements from the arbor, greenery garland on the welcome sign and the aisle flowers to the sweetheart table making it a picturesque spot for the couple during their reception. ✨💕
