We will be closing today at 2:00. We are lucky enough to be asked to partner with Jawaan Taylor of the Chiefs today. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We will be catering and bringing cupcakes for the kids at the event.

🎅🧑‍🎄🎅🧑‍🎄 Kicking off the Holiday Season with Santa Gives Back 🧑‍🎄🎅🧑‍🎄🎅

Please join us on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. to see Santa & Mrs. Claus at b4 Bakery and Eatery Home of Sugar and Spice Catering and Party Rental located at 1443 Swift, North Kansas City, MO 64116.

Santa will be handing out cookies to all the children attending. We will also have a photographer at the event for photos too.

Sugar and Spice staff will be onsite to take orders for your Christmas meals, cakes and goodies.

We hope to see you and your children/grandchildren at the event.

As most of you know, Sugar and Spice is a family owned and operated business located at 1443 Swift, North Kansas City, MO. Rebecca is our managing partner and has taken care of most everything for the last 8 years. I am excited to announce that I have retired from my job and am now here with Rebecca helping her with the administrative work. I look forward to talking to each and every one of you.

We blindly tried Sugar & Spice's cake at a convention... and we were floored! We immediately contacted them for a formal tasting for our wedding cake and other desserts. This is the best cake, hands down, that we've ever had (cake, cupcakes, cookies, AND brownies included). We happily found out that they also catered weddings and had the type of food we were looking for (originally, it was a taco bar). They accommodated three different tastings for us, and were happy to take our suggestions and incorporate the flavors we wanted into the food. We ended up going with a Mango Jerk Chicken and a Beef Burgundy (yum!!). This family business was so kind and easy to work with, and ALWAYS gave us extra desserts. We even rented out their storefront for our rehearsal luncheon, and the privacy and service were fantastic. On our wedding day, the buffet was beautifully set up and they accommodated 200 guests with speed and ease (it took half the time that we allotted). We rented our table/napkin linens through them, too, which made our day less stressful. We plan to visit their storefront for lunches and more desserts regularly. Thank you!

Due to the busy weekend with the successful car show that took over part of Swift Street. We have sold out on all our bakery items. We are at the shop now baking as quickly as we can. For today only there will be no baked goods. You can still come in for lunches though. By tomorrow morning we will be fully stocked again for you. Thank you for your understanding and support!

This past weekend was so much fun for Sugar and Spice Catering. We had the opportunity to have a rehearsal dinner on Friday and we were able to cater their wedding on Saturday at White Iron Ridge. We also catered for Heart of America Volleyball and Arthur Murray Dance Studio and last, but not least, we had the bakery open for the Car Show on Swift.
