The Dahlias this year are on point!!!!
I’m not sure if I want to describe this color as a raspberry/orange parfait or just tell you that it has most vibrant shades of deep pink and rich magenta so I told you both! Either way it’s delicious on the eyes and such a stunner!!! We just received a fresh shipment of the most gorgeous farm fresh locally grown flowers! Here until 5:00! In the later part of the afternoon yesterday, something caught my eye. When I looked there was a 🌈 rainbow on the floor dancing! I realized it was from our adorable acrylic suncatchers! What an unexpected moment it was, there they were making pretty patterns on the floor to make me smile! The hummingbird and dragonfly suncatchers are going away soon, ( much like the living creatures) so they are 25%off ! Pop in and see what’s new ! We are back to our regular Saturday Hours of 9-2 there is a hint of Autumn in the air, our shop interior is being painted and refreshed. It’s a glorious day! We have a good assortment of local and imported florals. Pop on in and say hi!

What’s behind door #1? Well that’s just the door to “the Office” but this is to show you that we have started painting and while a lot of you said NO to black trim. I have to say we LOVE IT! Now the second picture contains 2 colors the left side is the billowing clouds that you all lloved and just because I can… I threw that blue green color into the mix. It’s called blue shamrock. Pop in and see which one we decided upon! They are both great with the black trim… but only one can be a winner.

Went to Wickford Village after work this afternoon for an appointment at my friend Beth’s tranquility_day_spa_ri.
When I arrived she was wearing these and I laughed right out loud! In fact I smiled the entire time I was there!!
Thank you Beth for giving me a chuckle and helping me to relax for a bit!

This year the hydrangeas seemed more prolific than the past few years, these have aged naturally on the bush and I am living for the colors and textures!!! At this stage of their life they dry beautifully! Can’t wait to create something with them!

Same 2 colors in different lights of the day. 1 is billowing clouds, 1 is thin ice. We put the black next to it and our display buckets and price signs and still can’t decide! They look so very similar!!!! So…… which one did we decide upon?……. You will just have to wait and see. We will begin painting soon!!!!

The people have spoken and We have it narrowed down to a couple of choices. Now, hear me out…. WE (2 out of 3) still like the black for the trim. This is not our home it’s our workplace. The look we are going for is more contemporary industrial style look. And if it’s JUST the trim we can live with it at work. It’s not set in stone so don’t freak on me, we may still change our minds. But it has been narrowed down to billowing clouds or thin ice for the walls. We are switching out most of our plastic buckets to metal pails to hold the flowers. Switched our pricing labels to adorable peacock blue chalkboard signs. So keep that in mind when you help us choose!!

It’s time for a refresh!! We will be painting the shop inside but we need your help!!! We can’t decide which color for the trim and which color for the walls. Of course we all like different color palettes in here but right now we are leaning towards the black for the trim and a lighter color wall. Although we may be pursuaded otherwise. What do you all think??

Surprise party for a birthday celebration!!! Her favorite color??? I’m gonna guess purple! 🤷‍♀️ I love the way these hydrangea have faded to a natural antique looking shade of purple/green with just enough accents of blue to pop! 🌸💐🪷🌼
