Hello everyone! We created this page to familiarize the public with the proposal we submitted to the town of North Kingstown in response to a public RFP (Request for Proposal) for 55 Brown Street, North Kingstown. This building, in the heart of Wickford Village, was originally built in 1898 as the Free Library. In 1975, it became municipal offices and became referred to as the Town Hall Annex. Our vision for the restored Old Library building is of a mixed-use, multi-purpose venue for dining, private and public functions and the performing arts. There is a link to the proposal on the town website and here: http://www.northkingstown.org/DocumentCenter/View/1987
