This is a 10” Round (obviously round ) chocolate cake… filled with Strawberries and caramel . Yum 😋
White Whipped Cream and Black Buttercream and topped off with an Edible Image Fondant sheet.

Latin Flan
So I know y’all are saying “ how did she do that?” 🤔
Well here’s my secret and all it’s greatness. Give it a try

Sweet Salvation

Recipe
4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz softened cream cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of real vanilla( I added real
vanilla bean seeds also)
3/4c granulated sugar( for caramel) 1/4 water

Steps to Make It
1. Prepare all materials.
2. Pre-Heat Oven to 350 F.
3. Prepare the caramel.
4. Immediately pour caramel into flan pan.
5. Blend eggs together. Add 1 can of condensed milk and 1 can of evaporated milk and mix.
6. Add one teaspoon of vanilla and blend until blend until smooth.
7. Pour the custard mixture into the caramel-lined flan pan.
8. Add water to the Pyrex container, usually filling the Pyrex to about three quarters up the sides.
9. Place the flan pan inside to create a Brain Marie or Water Bath.
10. Bake the Flan for 1 hour & 30 Minutes at 350 F inside the water bath.
11. Remove the pan or pot from the oven and take the flan mold out of the water bath to let cool to room temperature.
12. Let it cool for an hour, then put it in the fridge overnight.
13. The next day, you’re going to do the most satisfying activity in this process. You’re going to flip the flan. Using a spatula, run it along the sides of the flan to be sure it comes out safely.
Once you’ve gotten as much sugary goodness off as you’d prefer, cut the flan. It’s oddly satisfying.

Arroz Con Leche - Rice Pudding

I recently made this for my family and it was a HIT!! THE PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING… haha you get it. 😂

Easy Peezy  Recipe Below. ⬇️
Happy Saturday 👩🏼‍🍳

Medium Heat
3 Cups Water
2 Cinnamon Sticks
Piece of Orange Peel
1/4 Salt
Bring to a Boil

Rinse Rice 1 Cup to remove excess starch.
Add 1 Cup Rice
Still a Little to Mix Everything Together
Us Lid to Cover
Lower Heat
Cook for about 7-10 minutes
Or until most of the water is absorbed.

Add 3 Cups of Milk
1 Can Evaporate Milk
1Can Sweet Condensed Milk
Splash of Vanilla Extract
Cook on Low Heat for about 20 minutes or until everything comes together.

Caution ⚠️ Stir Occasionally to prevent rice sticking to the bottom of the pan.

Let’s talk Flan.
Look how amazing it looks.
When I was telling you how amazing my Flanera works I wasn’t joking .
Now I used a different recipe on this one and honestly I’ll never use it again. I have my own version and it’s out of this world.
This recipe was just okay and some might say it tastes great but to eggy for me.
Anyways, here it is … you can stop licking your lips now cause I’m not sharing … lol just kidding.

Good Early Morning 🌞
Out of the kitchen and finishing up some Cheerleader 📣 Props.
These wil be going on some Megaphone candy arrangements.
(There still missing the stick).
Also, Monster Inc was also there to help me after I printed a dozen of stickers. For some reason Monster Inc was popular this past week cause I did a cake, cupcakes and stickers.
Anyways, today I’ll be doing Flan 🍮. Flan is any occasion dessert that I love making in my new Flanera pan.
