Baby Food, Batteries, Cheewing Gum, Explosives, Potato Chips, Cosmetics, Adhesives, Candles, Cooking Oil, Cereal, Crayons, paper products, etc. We could go on and on, but these are just a few of the many many uses of corn!

Thats right, corn is used for so much more than a delicous side dish. In fact much of the corn we grow is not meant to be consumed like corn on the cob. And it all starts with the dedicated farmers around the globe growing, harvesting, and caring for this incredible crop! In this video we are dumping a semi truck of corn into our grain storage while it waits to be sold! 🌽

There is an old farmer's tale that says the day you get your first trackable snowfall is the same number of trackable snow falls you will get in the season. Now the big question is, did this snowfall happen on the 31st, or the 1st? I guess we have to wait and find out! ❄️

Today was our last day of Pumpkin Days, and we want to thank everyone who came to the farm this year to support our family and farm! We wouldn't be here without the continued support from our local communities. We are looking forward to celebrating our 20th season with you all next year! It is a spooktacular day on the farm, its Halloween! So come help us celebrate the spookiest day of the season from 11am - 7pm!

Today is the last day of the Pumpkin Days season. So come take a wagon ride, get lost in the corn maze, pet the animals, and sip on delicious and locally sourced apple cider! Don't forget to browse Grandma's Country Store before you leave!

Its National Pumpkin Day! Some our favorite ways to enjoy pumpkins is by making delicious roasted pumpkin seeds, carving pumpkins, making homemade pumpkin pie, taking pictures of pumpkins, and of course picking pumpkins for all of our visitors to enjoy!! How are you going to celebrate? 🎃

Minnie just heard that we only have one and half more weeks of Pumpkin Days this year and she is gasping with shock. Come see the barnyard animals at Pumpkin Days everyday now until October 31st from 11am - 7pm. Be sure to spend some extra time hanging out with Minnie because she is still in shock that our 19th season is coming to a close! 🐐
