🥓 Pig Shots- Bacon wrapped Italian sausage with brown sugar glaze (12 pcs.)

🌶️ Texas Twinkies- Jalapeños stuffed with smoked brisket, cheese blend and wrapped in bacon (12 pcs)

🥪 Cuban Sliders- Kings Hawaiian Roll topped with smoked ham, pulled pork, Swiss cheese, pickles and spicy mustard (12 sliders)

🔥 Buffalo Chicken Dip- Spicy buffalo chicken dip served with house fried tortilla chips (8 ounces)

A personal message from our Founder Matt Zacek
Thanks to all of you for being our customers and friends over the last 6 years. I would like to take a moment to introduce Scott Sukovich to you. Scott has been a fixture in many kitchens since he was 12 years old and is a 2016 graduate of the Kirkwood Culinary Program. He has found a home here with us over the last year and a half or so. He is the one responsible for most of the delicious and creative meals you have eaten if you have ordered from us in the last year.
Recently he has decided to take the next step in his culinary career and has purchased the business from me. I have confidence that he will take Z’s Catering to the next level in its food and service to the community.
For those of you who just like to see my smiling face it will not be gone completely. I will be acting as a business development consultant for Scott going forward for as long as he needs me to.
Again I have greatly appreciated all of your business and support over what has been a whirlwind of 6 years, I truly could not have gotten here without the love and support of the customers and the community.

You asked and we are cooking. We can do a limited number of Thanksgiving heat and eat meals. Each meal feeds four and will include Turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, rolls and 2 of the sides below. What a great weekend! Enjoyed serving Wartburg College alumni, students and guests for Oktoberfest for the second year. Thanks to a great team; Chef Scott, Chef Robert, Hailey, Dakota, Hannah, Tyler and Liz this event went off without a hitch.

I was devastated by the loss of one of my bucket list singers to see, this weekend. Those of you that know me know that my car radio tends to be permanently on Margaritavile Radio. In honor of Jimmy Buffet we are offering a meal any day this week Tuesday-Saturday of cheeseburgers in paradise for 4.
