I'm absolutely obsessed with this arrangement💖
But… things didn’t go as planned.

I made it for a longtime client’s daughter’s birthday, and a week later, I got a message that the vase had started leaking - not just a few drops, but actual water!💧 It’s brand new, no cracks, and from a trusted supplier.

This was especially frustrating because I’ve been focused on creating more sustainable arrangements this year without floral foam♻️ , and now it feels like I’ll have to test every vase for weeks to make sure it holds water. Has anyone else had issues like this with trusted suppliers?

A little secret about the succulents in this arrangement - they can live much longer than the other flowers!🌿

When the delphiniums and orchids fade, you can repot the succulents and watch them grow✨

Even without roots, they can be encouraged to root with a bit of patience! Remove the sticks or wire (whatever is supporting them in the arrangement). And just place them on well-draining soil, mist them lightly every few days, and give them indirect sunlight☀️
