I always hate to hear news like this.. RIP

I’ll never forget my early days at G5iveMiami back in 2012.. and that “Still Goin In” project was in heavy rotation!

Fast Forward to being able to meet RHQ during our Uncensored @ RevolutionLive back in 2017! This was one of my first live events after getting hired and I thought it was dope meeting one of the artists that I listened and played heavily while I transitioned from the strip club to radio 🙏🏾

Gone too Soon! But thru his classic music, his legacy will live on! Prayers up to the friends, family and fans! 🙏🏾🕊️

I do what works for me.. and I’ll always suggest for others to do what works for them!

Protect your peace by any means necessary. The easiest way to do that: limit what you share with everyone. Find your village and build with them. Be there for one another.. lift each other up when needed.

But you also have to: Stop expecting everyone to be genuine with you when most are only watching to see if you fail. 🙏🏾

In a society where everyone feels like any and everything needs to be posted for validation.. you will notice how much more powerful you can be once you “remove people out of your Gameroom”

This was a very important lesson I had learn early but I still apply it til this day! Everyone doesn’t need to know your every move, emotion, plan, play or move! Move with purpose and intent and focus on the task at hand!

I rarely have Saturdays off.. I’m always outside doin something! Especially this past month! Wow, I’ve been workin like crazy and I can’t thank my clients enough for keepin me booked and busy! But when I realize I have some free time.. it’s gonna be Boys Day Out!

Shouts to for always keeping me and my Young Kings sharp and fresh! We went to see “Inside Out 2” (great movie btw), stopped by Target on the search for Lego sets (Jaylen has me reliving my childhood with these things) and we are just leaving Coldstone!

I love being Dj Lucky C.. but the days where I can just be Dad.. mean the most to me!

iLove My Hometown and I love talking to the next generation! So when Scrap mentioned his dream of starting a youth DJ class a few years ago, like most of his ideas.. I jumped right at the opportunity to help any way I can!

“Lucky’s enthusiasm and support never wavered, even as we faced challenges along the way. Now, after a couple of years of perseverance, I am thrilled to announce that today we hosted our very first Jam Box Music Academy class! Here’s to empowering the next generation of DJs together!” 🎧🙌

I think one of my fav aspects of today’s class: the counselors being just as (if not more) interested in what I was sayin 😂💪🏾

I’m happy grew up/worked in the era: where clubs still had dance floors and people actually enjoyed themselves for real!

🗣️ Happy Father’s Day Kings❗️

The best decision I’ve ever made in my life is standing 10 toes down for my Young Kings. I’ve learned so much about myself watching my boys grow into their own!

I didn’t realize it at first.. but I had a great blueprint to learn from! My Father is far from perfect but as I look back.. he was always there for me! I took Zoeman to USA Fleamarket so he could buy my first DJ set in 2007! The older he gets, the more I try to focus on the positives and make the most of our time! Thank you Fello 🇭🇹😂🥲🙏🏾

Out of alllll the jobs that I have.. the most important and rewarding job is being a father to my Young Kings! And as my wife pointed out last night.. this is my first Father’s Day being a ! 🤗🎀
