If time travel were possible and you had the opportunity to sit down with yourself one year ago, what would you say? Let’s be real, our list of advice could easily be a mile long, but if I had to narrow it down to four things, this is what I would say:

𝟭. 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗼𝗸—𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗲, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘆.
