Just remember that it takes 2 days to defrost a turkey so I would need you to place your order for a turkey by 12/20/24. You can place an order for anything else until 12/23/24. Here are some pictures from the food that was cooked for Thanksgiving that I forgot to post! Here are 4 fried turkeys in pans & in the warming cabinet there are 3 briskets & 5 pork butts! That was a very busy day that started the previous night before & ended around 1:30pm on Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving is exactly in 1 week (11/28/24) & you have until 11/23/24 to place an order for a turkey! It takes 2 days to defrost a frozen turkey so that's why we will only take orders for a turkey until 11/23/24. We forgot to add fried turkey wings to the menu (10 for $65) but they are available if you would like to place an order. They are brined just like the whole turkey! We will be cooking the day before Thanksgiving & the day of Thanksgiving to accommodate people! Thanks!

Thanksgiving is upon us once again! If you are not positive about cooking for this holiday, we are here for you! We can provide the meats for your meal.! Here is the menu for this year! Please get in contact with us if you would like to place an order. We do require a deposit of half of the total price of your order before we make it for you. Also, it takes 2 days to thaw out a frozen turkey & we brine it for 2 days before we smoke or fry it. With that being said, we need all turkey orders in before 11/23/24. We cannot take any turkey orders after that day. If you have any special request besides what we offer, just ask us! We should be able to accommodate your request! We will be cooking the day before Thanksgiving & the day of Thanksgiving to accommodate people. Thanks!

I don't want to scare anyone but Thanksgiving is exactly 8 weeks from this Thursday! I know it is not easy making all that food (if you can cook) & that's what I am here for! Smoke Brothers LLC can assist you for all of your protein! We smoke turkeys, pork ribs, beef ribs, brisket, chopped BBQ (pork or beef), salmon, leg of lamb & chicken. We grill chicken & we definitely fry turkeys! I will be cooking the day before Thanksgiving & on Thanksgiving! It is 23° outside (with the windchill it feels like 13°) but I am about to make some jerk chicken for a bday party! You have to love what you do so it is not a job, it's a passion!
