About Me

I am thrilled to share with you my passion for design and hope you enjoy viewing what I love putting together. I want to take a moment to introduce myself.

My name is Yanitza the owner and operator of Fashionably Yours Balloon Décor and since I was a kid I have been so attracted to beauty and details, growing up I studied Cosmetology, which I quit several years later to finally realize that my path was the arts and the love for design.

My design background goes as far as College, where I attended Marian Court College where I got my associates degree in Fashion Merchandising. Soon after graduating, my heart directed me to the Peabody Essex Museum where I worked as a visual merchandiser for 9 years. The PEM taught me the best lessons of my life and the quality for work and attention to details.

My creative passion has taken me to dabbling into different things after leaving PEM but my love for parties always supersedes. My little girls love for balloons, paired with my love for people and customer service is what inspired me to start my balloon business.
