If there was ever a food truck worth stopping at, it's Poppies Chop Beef!!! This is brisket slow-cooked...but NOT on a smoker. It's carefully watched and cared for to ensure the juiciest possible experience...without all the smoke! It does NOT lack in flavor. In fact, it's the best seasoned and tasting chopped beef I've ever had.

They also have: Breakfast, Tacos, Burritos, Quesadillas, their famous elote, and ofcourse their chopped beef sandwiches.

The whole Blush Floral crew is in agreeance that, not only was the chopped beef sandwich the best we've ever had... but THE TACOS WITH HOMEMADE PINEAPPLE SALSA and, wait for it, HOMEMADE ALABAMA WHITE BBQ SAUCE...!! Lord, have mercy!!

Poppies Chop Beef will be here at Blush Floral all weekl in NRH to satisfy your hangry post-Super Bowl bellies! This is a must must MUST try!!! Catch them before they leave!!
