Sebastian’s Nite Club has been family-owned and operated since our grandfather created it in 1976 as Katina Lake. It became one of the largest gambling dens in Northeast Ohio, where
some of Cleveland’s most notorious figures came to cast bets while savoring the fine dining and luxurious landscape. Our mom and grandma took over in 1990 soon after my grandpa’s death and renamed it Sebastian’s Nite Club, envisioned as a “Cheers” where friends could gather. They replaced the kitchen (and the gambling) with dart boards to host one of the largest dart leagues in Northeast Ohio. Sebastian’s Dart Team ended up in Las Vegas, where it won the world championship in soft-tip darts. Our mom Debbie passed away in 2009 at age 52, and her husband Dan followed five years later at age 56. Sebastian’s passed into the third generation, and now we want to make Sebastian’s the best bar in Lorain County with the best atmosphere, best prices and best scenery around.
