The historic Riviera Theatre, Home of the Mighty WurliTzer theatre organ, was builit in 1926 and is lsted on the National and New York State registers of historic places. it was saved from demoltion in the late 1980's by a group of dedicated volunteers and now hosts over 175 events and 100,000 visitors annually. From demolition to a regional destination and an anchor of developement around the the

atre, all thanks to community support, dedicated volunteers and a small hard working staff. owns and operates the historic Riviera Theatre and is a registered 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization with the mission to preserve and maintain the Historic Riviera Theatre and the Mighty WurliTzer Organ and to promote the performing arts. All Proceeds go to the restoration and preservation of the Historic Riviera Theatre. Donations are tax deductible. Last night was the night for Rob Caudill and his incredible Tribute to Rod Stewart. Rob brought two former members of Rod Stewart's band with him. Legendary drummer, Carmine Appice and on the sax, Katja Rieckermann.

We have successfully completed our Exterior Lighting Project, thanks in part to the Niagara County Façade 2.0 Program, which has enabled us to enhance our theatre's presence at night.

This week Neal, Jared, and Chuck of our technical staff were hard at work demolishing the old concessions stand in the original lobby - we're thrilled to have the additional space back, not seen in decades!

Fun Fact: This concessions stand was not original to the theatre when built in 1926, originally, there was none. We are told that it was added sometime in the 40s. It's wonderful to see the original area of the lobby as it was used in 1926.

This weekend, we were proud to OFFICIALLY open our brand-new Lobby space to two sold-out crowds attending Fleetwood Mac Mania. While there are still a few finishing touches to complete, we're thrilled to see our patrons enjoy the new amenities.
