The historic Riviera Theatre, Home of the Mighty WurliTzer theatre organ, was builit in 1926 and is lsted on the National and New York State registers of historic places. it was saved from demoltion in the late 1980's by a group of dedicated volunteers and now hosts over 175 events and 100,000 visitors annually. From demolition to a regional destination and an anchor of developement around the the

atre, all thanks to community support, dedicated volunteers and a small hard working staff. owns and operates the historic Riviera Theatre and is a registered 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization with the mission to preserve and maintain the Historic Riviera Theatre and the Mighty WurliTzer Organ and to promote the performing arts. We had and incredible weekend with not one but TWO sold out nights at the beautiful West Herr Riviera Theatre on Friday and Saturday night.

North Tonawanda you are without a doubt some of the best and loudest Bob Seger fans anywhere we've traveled too, what a crowd!. Thank you for bringing all that energy and rockin with us till the last note rang out.

Many thanks to the always fantastic crew at the Riviera. Chuck, Jared, Raphael, Derek and all of the amazing staff and volunteers behind the scenes that make the Riviera such an incredible venue.

Thank you to all who attended both nights, we love you all.

This week Neal, Jared, and Chuck of our technical staff were hard at work demolishing the old concessions stand in the original lobby - we're thrilled to have the additional space back, not seen in decades! Fun Fact: This concessions stand was not original to the theatre when built in 1926, originally, there was none. We are told that it was added sometime in the 40s. It's wonderful to see the original area of the lobby as it was used in 1926.
