Empath Ability Is a Survival Skill - Whew! Being an empath is such hard work! Constantly scanning their surroundings, ensuring everyone around them is doing ok, that their emotional or material needs are met, thinking that everyone’s issues are available for the viewing (they’re not!).

It’s actually a subtle way that we learn to feel safe when we create the external safety patterns in the people around us.
