Last night I had the opportunity to mix work with pleasure by decorating AND attending my gyms holiday party. Actually, staying consistent at the gym is hard work so really I mixed work with work. But it was a blast nonetheless.
Thank you for making the gym such a welcoming space and giving its patrons a safe and encouraging sense of community. & thank you for hosting a party where it became briefly acceptable to drink, eat sweet treats & not lift a single weight in the gym 😂
Thank you beyond measure for pushing me to keep showing up and putting myself, my health & my fitness first. You’ve sparked a motivation in me that had been lost for so long. You make working out fun & your classes are, more often than not, the best part of my day.
