Becky Lapins is the owner/designer of Fancy Thattt. She works closely with her clients to create an atmosphere in which time is suspended for a few hours in the fantasy of their dreams. Becky took her first art class when she was 35 years old. It was three dimensional design and from there her love of art exploded! She graduated from Ray/Vogue College of Design in 1994.
