🚨 OML Software Update 🚨

Good morning, everyone. I wanted to share the latest on our ongoing software issue and thank you for your patience.

🙏 Shoutout to my incredible team – they've worked tirelessly, going above and beyond to keep things moving smoothly. I'm beyond grateful for their dedication.

🔧 Update: We're hopeful to be back online by the end of the week. Our provider is moving our data to a new server, and once it's complete, we'll be back to business as usual. Expect some minor bumps but nothing major.

💳 Credit Card Transactions: If your transaction was affected, we'll process all pending payments soon. We’ll also be reaching out if there’s any confusion around charges.

📅 Future Reservations: If possible, please hold off on making reservations after Feb 1 until we’re fully back online. If it’s urgent, of course, we’ll accommodate.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. Your patience means the world to my team and helps us stay motivated to get back to normal ASAP.

Our software provider is still dealing with their outage. It is frustrating for us as much as it is for you, our valued clients. We are at their mercy, though, and we continue to receive status updates, which - up until now - haven't been much help. With that said, We need YOUR help.

Knowing that we are approaching the end of the business day on Friday, we want to make sure we are doing what we can to plan for the week ahead. We are asking that you help us by confirming any reservations you have booked with us from today through next Wednesday by forwarding your trip confirmations back to us to the following email address: [email protected]

We also ask that you refrain from calling us to confirm, since it will back the phone lines up beyond our capacity to answer. We are adding staff until things are back online, but that won't matter if hundreds of people are calling to confirm their reservations. We'd like to keep the phone lines open for clients to make NEW reservations if possible. This is why emails are highly recommended for confirming existing reservations.

Please note that the current outage effects existing reservations made prior to today that are scheduled for Monday the 20th and later. We have access to all of our reservations through Sunday night, as well as anything booked today since 03:00 AM, albeit in old school form. But we WILL be able to get you where you need to go. However, we are concerned that if this outage is not resolved soon, it will impact our efficiency for the coming week. This is why I'm taking the unprecedented step of asking for your help.

As I said in my previous email, the OML team has stepped up and are ready to do whatever it takes to minimize the effect of this outage on our customers. Your help will greatly reduce their stress and aid them in this endeavor. IF...and I pray this is the case...they resolve the situation in short order, I will send out another email with that good news. Until then, we are preparing for the long haul.

** SOFTWARE DOWN**

Starting around 03:30 AM, our software provider was notified that there was a server issue and that their software was down. They have been working on it since then, and expect to have the situation corrected sometime this afternoon.

This situation is impacting our online reservation platform, as well as our internal dispatch and reservation software and chauffeur application, and is a major inconvenience to ALL USERS.

We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause you, but please know that it is out of our control and our software provider is working feverishly to get us back up and running. We appreciate your patience. In the meantime, the OML team is dealing with the situation as they always do...competently and professionally.
