Hi, it's me, Christina. Owner and Planning Bestie for all things special events and weddings. The love of putting together a wonderful shindig for friends + families, being their go-to lead to all things LoveLee! When not getting my steps in at events, I'm a wife + a Mom of 3 beautiful girls that keep our calendar busy, and a dog mom! (Madi -12, Elianna - 8, Aubrey - 5 and Cody (8 years in human)

As my children grow, their interests do, and lots of time being their chauffeur from sports, music lessons, and etc. LoveLee Occasions has also grown, and we want to ensure that all our clients are handled the LoveLee way. A business owner and mom/wife makes one to make a more balanced life between all aspects.

So, sometimes it may not be my face at your event, but all of my associates are trained on all things LoveLee Occasions, and I trust your event will be one of your BEST DAYS EVER!

1) When I was younger, I took one ice skate off, forgot and proceeded to cut my toe with the other ice skate.

2) I read a lot back in the day and raked up a late fee of $113 once at the library.

💕 Gorgeous 1st day of September for Fallon + Dante to say their I DOs! An amazingly planned wedding filled with so much love and music for all those who attend. Cannot wait to make their day beautiful and be there for them as they start this next chapter in their lives!

🌟 Vendor Share:
Buzz, buzz!! 🐝 Y'all you're going to want to not hesitate to look into for delightful cheesecakes and sweets! They are amazing to work with! Drove from Eau Claire to just past Northfield, MN to ensure my couple got to enjoy all their deliciousness! They stayed to keep an eye on the goodies, as the heat and humidity had them softening up faster than the usual. They are worth all the buzz!

Couple got a sweet beehive keepsake too!

An amazingly hot gorgeous day for Morgan and Cody's I DOs! I'm happy to be helping Morgan out, as each + every day during the school year, she keeps my T1 daughter on track as her school nurse. Thanks, Morgan, for all you do. I wish you and Cody the best!

🎭 This past weekend brought the 2024 Northfield High School Prom; hired on as Prom Advisor, utilized all my knowledge, design, and planning skills for the biggest Prom, 500+ students!
📍I'm a bit partial, but has a special place as it's a hometown venue, and the owners are amazing! They allowed us to have our Prom here this year, and it was a big hit for everyone. Beatiful grounds, awesome employee team, and just the best place!
⭐️ We had an amazing vendor team that helped put this all together:
did the draping, lighting, and linens
provided the music and kept the dance floor busy
kept the soda, water, and fun mocktails flowing for the students
provided posed photos at Grand March
provided photography for Grand March and the Dance
used her amazing talents to make a beautiful Grand March display and then moved balloons over to the dance venue

Shuttles provided by our local bus company, Benjamin Bus
Popcorn Machines from our local Rent 'N Save
20 cases of water donated by our local Culligan office

👏 Thank to everyone who helped make this an amazing event for our Northfield Juniors and Seniors!! It was an amazing night for our students!

A day late....HaPpY BiRtHdAy to one amazing woman! This woman right here, is not only my sister, but my biggest supporter (shared title with my Hubs, of course) of LoveLee Occasions. She is 1/2 of the pushing into starting this business and forever I am grateful.

She not only works hand in hand with me at many events, she is going to be taken on the backend of all things LLO..."CFO" if you may, this year. She is great and will help to keep things running smoothly.

Don't fret, you'll still see her beautiful face from time to time at events!

Reflecting back on this beautiful October wedding from last year brings me nothing but joy! Not only did I get to witness 2 beautiful souls blend their families together; I got to witness a childhood best friend finally marry her Prince!

Traci was the friend whose house I went to growing up; who I played Barbies with, got to enjoy her Mom's amazing food, and just hang out. As we got older, and my family moved away, we drifted apart. But life came full circle when she moved into Northfield years ago, and we found our way back to each other. Now, we live 5 mins down the road from each other, but days, weeks or months go by in-between our visits as we are both busy Mommas. It's not like a day has gone by when we finally do get to hang out. Thankful for our reconnection! 🫂

I was honored when Traci and Don asked if I would help plan their dream wedding day. It was a no brainer, I said "Yes!". Traci allowed me to take her vision and create beautiful magic with some amazing vendors for their wedding. They both truly complete each other; their value, love, and respect shows through not only in their words but how they are with each other. The smiles that were stuck on their faces was all I needed this day.

Truly grateful to have these 2 beautiful souls and their kiddos apart of the LoveLee family and in my life! 💗

LoveLee family is growing by two!! Growth is slowly happening for this business of mine that was created from a passion of all things celebrations and the pure joy of putting smiles on people's faces. It was time to add to the team, and I am excited for these two amazing kicka** associates to join the LoveLee family.

Melissa does photography (.photos) & is a farmer's wife. She stepped in to assist my sister/2nd in command April when I needed to be out of town for a wedding and did an amazing job! Thankful she has chosen to join our team!

Samantha reached out when I was on the search for extra hands for a bigger wedding & helped end the night for our couple! She is also a bride-to-be and was able to experience life behind-the-scenes. Her helping hands are truly appreciated and thankful she is here!

Both of these ladies are bringing amazing things to our team and I am looking forward to what 2024 brings us! With more hands, we can add more celebrations, so finding yourself needing help for your wedding, graduation, retirement, holiday, etc...let's chat!

To have a kid-free wedding or not? This has become quite the topic when couples sit down to plan their weddings. 1st and foremost, this is your day, your wedding, you do you. Do not allow others to make your decisions for you.

There is no wrong answer, it's that simple. It is a personal choice of the couple. Some couples love to invite all the little people, some just invite their immediate littles, and others its a hard no.

Kids? Plan to have a kids' table and/or activity bags to help keep their little minds busy while they are waiting to bust their dance moves. Some couples even look into a nanny/babysitting service to offer their guests a place to let their kiddos hang out for when the dance floor just isn't cutting it anymore.

Kid-free? That's okay. Just know some guests may not come or others may look at like as an adult night out & appreciate the night from the kiddo(s)!

It is important in whatever decision you make that you make sure your guests are aware; wording on invitation, on your website and even by word of mouth, so it doesn't come as a surprise last minute.

The past month has been a bit quieter on the LoveLee side, as life got a bit busy on the other end. Finally, it's time to catch up on all the things and reflect on 2023 & envision what year 2024 will bring. 🪞

It's important to me to always remember the why; why LLO was created, why there is a passion for all things celebrations, why we do what we do. It is important that growth happens and embracing the opportunities that LoveLee has been offered while staying true to our values & morals. 💖😃

Looking forward to embracing new clients connections, exploring new venues & returning to favorites, deepening current friendorships while blossoming new ones, and last but not least, having all kinds of celebrations & with all humans. We love all things love and celebrations! 🎉

When you are planning a celebration, you may be asking yourself, do we feed the vendors? Our response: Absolutely! Not just because its the respectful and kind thing to do, but because they are deserving of a quick break.

A lot of your vendors are going to be on their feet all day, and this may be the only chance they get to sit and take a break. This allows them a little reset, get some energy to finish kicking ass when it comes to their services for your celebration.

Not only should they be fed, but be fed when you are & be given a table to sit to do so and not be shunned to hide in the shadows or find somewhere awkward to sit. Especially photographers and videographers, you want them close. They'll be able to pop-up and get those little moments during dinner, and be ready to go when you're done eating to go get those beautiful Golden Hour images.

Feed your people. Seriously, your vendors will be so appreciative and thankful for this simple act of kindness.

It's a gorgeous day for double weddings for LoveLee Occasions. Beyond blessed knowing that both of these amazing couples are in great hands with LLO assistants and some amazing family who are all hands on deck to make things come together.

Christine + Pitcher are saying I DO at the beautiful Gardens of Castle Rock. It's been so fun getting to know them and how they are intertwining their love for Italy (where they got engaged) into their day!

Renee + Tyler are all about dark, moody romance + embracing the Halloween season. They found the perfect venue, The Broz @ New Prague, to bring their vision to life. It's been a joy working with Renee and seeing all her hard work of putting things together come to life!
