The previous year when the Draxton's were painting it they thought having a square dance was an appropriate way to celebrate it's 100th birthday. Soon neighbors, friends and family who had heard about the plans came together that summer to form the dance floor. After attending the dance a close family friend who had recently been engaged decided this was was where her wedding reception needed to b

e. Again, with the help of family and friends, three months later the barn now had a concrete floor, functioning kitchen, bathrooms, and a finished dance floor.

A little side note: I do all my editing from home, so my husband sees all of my images. As he walks past me working on this one he says "He really loves his bride doesn't he." And THAT is the best compliment I could ever receive on anything I shoot.
