How would you like to join the Bellflower Team!!? We are looking to hire a floral designer at Bellflower Florist & Gifts, LLC. This is a part-time position.

Floral Designer's responsibilities are:
*To design, create, and sell customized floral arrangements
*Advising customers on floral arrangement selections.
*Help organize deliveries
*Ensuring the flower shop is clean & well organized
*Ensuring flowers are properly watered and stored to prevent wilting
*Serving customers in the shop and over the phone.
*Listening and understanding what the customer's preferences and specifications are before customizing their floral arrangement.
*Some longer hours may be necessary during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Prom, Homecoming, etc...)
*Stays current on new floral design techniques and trends.

Requirements -
*3 years+ experience in the floral design industry
*High school diploma
*Floral certification would be a plus but not required
*Sound knowledge of different flower types and arrangement styles
*Excellent organizational skills
*Effective communication skills
*Artistic and creative
*Detail oriented
*Must be friendly and have the proper care and knowledge of handling flowers
