Comfort Catering SPACE 86 Golden St. New London, CT, Saturday, January 25 beginning at 12 noon come out and do some Chicago Stepping and have some great food amd fun to share with friends. Join James and me to dance and enjoy this great space for community activities. Radio Mitchell from Mitchell College will be there to share the community event and broadcast live on the radio.

First Friday in the books. You missed another chill vibe abides night. Two weeks wear your white T and blue jeans cause it’s Blues with a dash of Kompa. I want to share what I learned from the workshops. October 18, 2024 7 pm 48 Franklin St Norwich Ct.

Boston is a beautiful Host City. The Chicago Stepping community regularly gather to dance. If there is one thing that connect cultures it's music and dance. A beautiful flower has developed in the Rose City. Join me in helping to make it blossom in our community.

Dance movement psychotherapy (also known as dance therapy) involves using body movement and dance. For example, you might explore different types of movements and rhythms. You don't need to have any dance skills or experience. Some people find that dance movement therapy helps them to: * Feel more in touch with their body and physical surroundings * Address difficult feelings about their body or appearance * Explore difficult experiences through movement rather than words
