Live Event NY chooses community! Thank you to every contributing partner and vendor that made the 3rd annual Substance Free “Dive-in” Movie Night a success! This event is 100% free to the public and is hosted with the intent of providing clean, safe, fun and educational activities for the youth of our community. Thank you to The PULSE Coalition of Chenango County for inviting our team to collaborate once again!

Donated services included:
-portable arcade & racing sim
-portable theater and sound
-wireless themed lighting
-decorative linens and tables
-attendants for games and activities

Friends! It’s almost time for the third annual “Dive-In Movie Night”! This event is 100% free to all who attend, but pre-registration is required. Activities include, open swim monitored by lifeguard, inflatable movie screen with surround sound, themed lighting, raffles, and a real portable arcade!

Thank you to The PULSE Coalition of Chenango County for inviting our team to collaborate on this awesome annual community event! We can’t wait to see you there!

Live Event NY at The M offers venue space overlooking Main st and Broad st, in Norwich NY. A panoramic scene with 270 degrees of beautiful views of historic downtown lends perfectly for smaller, intimate events, both formal and informal. Inside, we currently host up to 30 guests, and offer many fun options for decor and backdrops. Across the streets are the historic country court house, yards and parks. Additional spaces at this location are currently under development and we’re excited to share them with you when they’re complete!

New scenes and new spaces!

We recently hosted for a group of performers, performing at the chenango county fair grounds. A developing space of ours was available, and as a courtesy to a partner of ours, and as a test/soft run, we extended our space to the group for meeting, dining and dressing. Each performer received a private dressing room, mirror, clothes rack and power access. In addition, tables and seating were provided for eating, along with access to coolers and food serving items.
