This Sunday’s meal was a local zucchini meatballs with local beef and pork and local cheese with basil pesto pasta and local cherry tomatoes. Also a local zucchini, pesto, cherry tomato flatbread.
The muffins where a coffee cake with a local cherry, apricot, and peach compote. The cookies are almond with the same fruit filling. Hope you all enjoyed?

Hi all! Hope you all had a happy holiday! I wanted to let you know what my status was. I am moving in a new oven this weekend, and working on business plan for 2021. I hope to have a couple ready made meals available three days a week. Also items will be able in The Fresh Food Hub. Thank you all for your patience and support. I’ll keep you up to date. Thanks everyone that got a meals tonight and for donations.
I was not too happy with how my meals were tonight. I love trying new things, they just don’t always come out how I expect them to. I will comp any unsatisfied customer next week.
At the start of next year I hope to create a website with a menu that people could order from. Meals would be available 4 days a week. They would be reheat able and freezable.
Any imput that you give me, I would love. Lasagna yes!
Thanks everyone for buying meals and paying for meals for others that need. My heart if full from all the contributions. I am proud to be apart of this community! You guys are awesome!
